Ultimate 80s Retrospective

One of my team said nothing good happened in the 80s, so I built this Retrospective template to prove that wasnt the case. Hope you and your teams enjoy.

The template includes an Ice Breaker with how many of the 80s references you can spot, a bit of a Thriller to get you started, and some transformational idea gathering. Follow that up with a bit of Ghostbusting, and then make sure to fully capture any actions Back to The Future to ensure that constant improvement happens for you!
