This template can be used at the end of a training to evaluate the training.

Recommended steps:

1. Customize the questions according to your needs.

2. Ask participants to complete the different speech bubbles:

What do they want to remember? How do they feel at the end of

the training? What did they not like, etc...

3. Ask the participants to share the one that stands out the most (or the one that no one mentioned yet).

This exercise helps the participant to reflect on the training AND helps the trainer or facilitator to get an insight on what resonated more/less.

TIP: If you give training over multiple days, doing this exercise after the first day is a good way to get an idea on how satisfied people are and what you could maybe change the next day(s).
