Deb Haas is a former HR exec turned creative catalyst for the future of work. After a 24-year career at Accenture, she didn’t pivot - she detonated the old script. Now, she’s the founder of The Unexamined Mind, where she helps teams & individuals rediscover play, possibility, and purpose in the age of AI.
Deb’s not your average creator - she’s a pattern disruptor with a purple crown (literally), an eye for remote team dynamics, and a deep love of sticky notes and systems. Her work sits at the intersection of design thinking, neurodivergence, and emotional intelligence - with a sprinkle of sass, a streak of strategy, and a solid belief that we can build workplaces that don’t feel like survival games.
As a featured creator in (R) Generation and a founding partner in The Plus One Collective, Deb’s known for building bridges across generations, disciplines, and time zones.
