Deb Haas is a former HR exec turned creative catalyst for the future of work. After a 24-year career at Accenture, she didn’t pivot - she detonated the old script. Now, she’s the founder of The Unexamined Mind, where she helps teams & individuals rediscover play, possibility, and purpose in the age of AI.
A true left-and-right brain thinker, she blends structure with imagination to help ideas come to life and move forward with purpose. Today as La Creativa, she works as a brand, communication and business strategy consultant. Her approach is atypical and hands-on — working collaboratively with entrepreneurs, as co-pilot on their projects.
Silvia is also co-founder of Explosive Brains, where she designs and facilitates team offsite in Italy and Switzerland, aimed at helping teams connect, collaborate, innovate, and turn their ideas into action through thoughtful implementation and smart, human-centered change.
