About the Standup Board template

It provides a simple, visual framework in Miro's innovation workspace, giving your team a shared view of tasks, progress, and blockers, ensuring every stand-up is concise and effective.
How to use the Standup Board template
Add your tasks. Before the meeting, have team members populate the board with their key tasks for the current work Run focused daily stand-ups by visualizing your team's progress and blockers.. Use the cards to capture details like assignee, priority, and estimates.
Run your stand-up. Walk through the board as a team. Start with what was completed ("Yesterday"), discuss any "Blocked" items, and then align on the plan for "Today."
Update task status. As the day progresses, team members can move their cards across the board to reflect the current status of their work.
Customize your view. Use Miro's built-in features to group tasks by assignee for a clearer view of individual workloads, or switch to a timeline or table layout to see the project from a different perspective.
