How to use the Goal Sidekick

1. Bring your draft objectives. Start by giving the Goal Sidekick your initial goals, even if they’re just rough ideas. It works with you from any starting point.

2. Refine your language. Ask the Sidekick to sharpen your objectives. It will help you clarify the wording to ensure each goal is focused and easy to understand.

   • Example prompt: "Refine these objectives to make them clearer. Don't add any thing just refine the wording."

3. Brainstorm key results. Once your objective is clear, use the Sidekick to generate ideas for measurable key results. This helps you define what success will actually look like.

   • Example prompt: "Give me 4 rough key results ideas for these objectives to get a brainstorming getting started."

4. Make your goals SMART. Work with the Sidekick to ensure every objective is Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound, turning your goals into a concrete plan.

   • Example prompt: "Refine the key result and make the language SMART time boxed and only create one sticky."
