You can use this template to collect feedback on your product idea, solution, or design - synchronously or asynchronously.

The template guides your stakeholders to self-triage their feedback into three sections:

1. Critical

2. Strong suggestion

3. Idea/opinion

This allows you as the product manager or designer to focus on the most important pieces of feedback, instead of spending all your time on the first person that speaks up, or the HIPPO.
