ふりかえりチェックシートとは？

アジャイル開発やスクラムの中では、とっつきやすいのがふりかえり。手が出しやすく、ふりかえりからアジャイル開発やスクラムを始めたという話もよく聞きます。ただ、どれだけ経験を積んだ人でも、ふりかえりは難しく、奥が深いイベントです。

一昔前に比べると、Web・勉強会・カンファレンスなどで、ふりかえりの情報は手に入りやすくなっています。ただ、それゆえに、選択肢が多く、「何が正解なの？」「結局どうすればいいの？」と悩んでしまった経験がある人もいることでしょう。

みなさん、胸に手を当てて考えてみてください。
