Report

This canvas is designed to support Living Lab and stakeholder-engaged projects in systematically planning stakeholder involvement. It helps teams move beyond simply identifying stakeholders to thinking through why each stakeholder is needed, what they are expected to contribute, how often engagement should occur, and what value participation creates for them.

The canvas is particularly useful for Living Labs, co-creation projects, and multi-actor innovation projects involving industry, policymakers, researchers, communities, or users. It can be used at the start of a project to plan engagement, or revisited throughout a project to track and adjust stakeholder involvement over time.

The tool is inspired by Living Lab methodologies (ENoLL) and is intended to support structured, mutually beneficial collaboration across the quadruple helix. the canvas was developed my the University of Limerick Living Lab team as part of the InterRegNW funded ReNu2Cycle project.
