Participants will post messages on nine different threads related to the last sprint. Allocate nearly 10-15 minutes for this activity. Encourage honesty and creativity in sharing thoughts about what went well, challenges faced, and any other observations.

COMMENTS:
After posting, participants will spend 5-10 minutes commenting on each other's posts across the different threads. This step is crucial for fostering dialogue and understanding diverse perspectives.
Discussion: Conclude with an open discussion about the various posts and comments. This part of the retrospective allows for deeper insights and collective problem-solving.
