This diagram will serve as a matrix tool which caters for a lot of matrices that can be used by consultants and other personnel. The template shows an X axis and Y Axis and across both axes, we have the low value x axis and low level y axis, High value X axis and low level y axis, Low Value X Axis and High level Y axis and High level X axis and High Level Y axis. In this board, I have used the BCG Matrix and the examples I have are as follows: Low X, Low Y is a Dog, High X, Low Y is a Cash Cow, Low X, High Y is a Question Mark and High X and High Y is a Star.
