Template designed for People teams to map and align on the value of their employee performance rituals and identify what to keep, fix, simplify, or stop to drive better business outcomes. You can copy this board to run the workshop with your team in 60–75 minutes. We recommend including the following types of stakeholders:

  • Employee 1-2

  • Manager 1-2

  • Executive 1-2

  • HR/People Ops 2-3

  • (Optional) Finance / Legal

Start by listing your current performance rituals, then map which stakeholders receive value (clarity, growth, fairness, speed, outcomes, risk, retention). Align on the friction/cost of each ritual, and finish with an effort x impact exercise to prioritize 3 changes to improve business outcomes.
