MIRO BOARD – CULTURE & WAYS OF WORKING INSIGHTS

This MIRO board is designed as a collaborative canvas to capture honest, actionable insights from our teams and translate them into clear cultural actions. The objective is not to collect opinions for their own sake, but to identify what we should start, stop, and continue doing to strengthen our culture and ways of working—anchored in ownership and impact.

The board is structured around five core cultural pillars:

  1. Engagement – How we experience Diageo as a place to work, what energizes us, and what may be missing to feel truly connected and motivated.

  2. Be Externally Curious – How we create (or block) space for learning, exploration, and curiosity amid busy agendas and constant multitasking.

  3. Experiment & Learn – How safe it feels to test, learn from failure, and improve through experimentation rather than urgency or fear of mistakes.

  4. Performance – How changes, KPIs, autonomy, and decision-making impact our ability to perform, adapt, and stay competitive.

  5. Collaborate Efficiently – How we work together using data, processes, and roles, minimizing duplication, rework, and lack of clarity.

Each pillar contains a dedicated space for START / STOP / CONTINUE, where participants are invited to add concrete ideas using sticky notes—one idea per note, grounded in real experiences rather than general statements.

Below each pillar, there is space to consolidate priority actions, where the group will identify the most impactful ideas and define:

  • A clear Owner / Champion

  • Timing

  • What success looks like

The final section of the board is used for dot voting, allowing the group to converge on the Top 3–5 actions that will move the needle the most. The guiding principle of this board is simple: less ideas, more ownership; clarity over perfection; action over analysis.
