This template offers you a Simulation game for Agile teams that want to learn about the principles of Lean and Flow.

It is designed for Scrum Masters, Agile coaches, and trainers to use this with their teams as an interactive way to learn new concepts. In the simulation, you take the place of a team of five little monsters who need to transform Miro shapes.

By evolving the team structure, the experience and results of the team will evolve as well. The full description of the game is included in the template.
