Delivery Dilemma is a fun and engaging activity that helps you assess and improve your team's Miro skills.
It will uplift particpants' Miro skills from introductory / beginner to an intermediate level and get them to start thinking about optimising board presentation.
It is most useful for a facilitator to gague a new teams Miro capability and ensure everyone is equipped to actively contribute to long-term projects using Miro as a primary tool.
Users will be challenged to navigate a miro board, sort through various objects often found on boards, and present them back to the group in a clear and attractive way.
The high-level facilitator guide is as follows, but more details can be found on the board:
1. Assign an address to each participant
2. Task: find and sort wrong 'deliveries' at your assigned front-door. Make it clear, neat, engaging, and creative
3. Start 2 min timer, explore, collect, and arrange your board objects
4. Present your objects
5. Discuss & vote for the best one
