KPTとは

KPT（けぷと・ケーピーティー）は国内でもメジャーなふりかえりの手法の１つです。自身やチームの活動を以下の順でふりかえり、カイゼンのためのアイデアを出します。

・活動を思いだす

・Keep（続けること）を話し合う

・Problem（解決したい課題）を話し合う

・Try（試すこと）を話し合う

詳細なステップはテンプレートを参照してください。ステップに従って、ふりかえりを進めていきましょう。Try（試すこと）は、実行したあと、次回のふりかえりの「活動」「Keep」「Problem」に入れ、更なるカイゼンを行いましょう。

テンプレートの使い方

このテンプレートの中には、KPTの進め方とKPTの入力部分がフレーム（Frame）によりセットになって配置されています。毎回のふりかえりのたびに、フレームを複製（Ctrl + D もしくは Cmd + D）して使ってください。

このテンプレートで表現されている手法はあくまで基本的なものです。チームの状態に合わせて、ふりかえりの進め方はぜひ自分たちでカスタマイズしていってください。
