This canvas is designed to help you understand the key aspects of developing a new venture. It will walk you through a series of questions to help you formulate your venture development strategy. 

This venture could take many different forms, from a startup, a new community you are launching, a change initiative you are introducing to your organization, or an ecosystem you are working to develop. 

Each of these will have similar core aspects; however, the canvas may need some degree of adaptation to make it relevant for the different applications.
