Incubate - Week 3&4

In week 3 & 4 (2 days per week) of the Incubate program we go into ideation. Based on the previous research, we now know the rough problems of the users and develop first ideas to solve them.

Here, quantity takes precedence over quality: ideas, ideas, ideas. With the help of voting and pleading, we then decide on the 3 further value propositions. Using an interview guide, we explore our hypotheses in 5-6 interviews and validate our first VPs.
