The "How Might We" is a classic Design Thinking activity. You can use this to generare a lot of ideas. It's allow you to reframe your insights and innovate on problems found during user research.

Begin with a problem area that is challenging for a person / system / organization / enviroment etc and add this technique to suggest that a solution is possible.

The primary goal is to encourage brainstorming and a change of perspective.
