The Force Field Analysis Decision Making Tool helps to visualize the forces for and forces against a speficic decision or change being discussed.
Each item force for and force against is represented by a post-it note, and the weighting of each force is scored then the score is visually represented by a respective arrow size.
At the end of the discussions, the scores can be totalled up to give an indication in which direction the decision should go.
