After remembering the objective and motivator of his choice, in the next steps the premise is to understand the feeling and the gains involved;
Step 6 & Step 7
Understanding the feelings and gains, the time has come to look at advances and learnings.
Step 8 & Step 9
It is also important to address and identify any frustrations experienced and understand how they generated learning.
Step 10
Finally, have visibility of the next steps that are relevant to proceed with the evolutionary process.
