The stakeholder matrix is there to understand all of the stakeholders on your project, where they fit and what to do with them. You can analyse what to do with a stakeholder but how do they all fit together and how will you understand multiple stakeholders that are within each category. To get that clarity, you can drag a shape onto the canvas, change their picture and role and you will know how many stakeholders you have, where they fit and how you can handle them.
