Career Direction Filtering Matrix

Use this board to facilitate brainstorming of your next career direction.

First, on the left side of the framework, come up with as many possible career directions, jobs, roles, etc., that might meet your Care Card (the conditions you need to thrive). Use sticky notes to quickly jot down ideas as they come up.

Then, drag-and-drop your sticky note ideas onto the Filtering Matrix to help you sort through them and quickly surface the 1-3 possible directions to prioritize for further exploration.
