Broad Decision Log

This is a broad decision log to keep track of the meetings that take place throughout the year, what decisions were taken, and by whom. By doing a broad search, the user can then quickly find what decision or meeting they want to see, when it happened, and who took the decision without the need to scroll unnecessarily.
