This board starts off with an icebreaker based on tailgating. Individuals get to vote (using smiley face emojis) on their favorite foods and moving them to the next round. This can start the conversation flowing as everybody has their favorites (whether you are a tailgater or not :-) ). Hopefully this retro board is as fun for you as it was for my team.
