This is a template for teams that found themselves in a new environment. I made this one specifically for teams that were split up and merged into new teams. You first do a checkup where you check the participants moods towards the change, then ask them what they want to keep from their previous teams, and what they want to leave behind. Then you do a quick retrospective towards how the team ist currently working together, and create a forecast for the future.
