The BA-Tarot deck is a structured strategy and analysis toolkit designed to explore organisations from multiple perspectives. The full deck contains six core suits — Hearts (Organisation), Circles (Knowledge), Triangles (Resources), Spades (Conduct), Diamonds (Competitive Advantage), and Clubs (Strategy) — each examining a different organisational force. In addition, there are the Trinity Cards (Value to the Customer, Value to the Business, and Value from the System) which act as a value compass, the Auxiliary Cards (Solution, Journey, Backlog) that translate insight into delivery, and the 6 W’s cards (Who, What, When, Why, Where, How) that sharpen questioning and clarity.
