Decorate a team Christmas tree with:

• things you wish for,

• your wins,

• things you learned,

• and things you're thankful for

Ask your team to spend 10 minutes individually filling out baubels, and move them onto the tree.

Use the rest of the time to talk some of them through. Leave the team feeling warm and fuzzy and ready for a happy winter break!
