What to expect
Day 1: Learn - Explore how AI workflows come to life in Miro through short videos, examples, and hands-on testing.
Day 2: Discover - Brainstorm and align on a clear use case that we believe will bring value to the group and organization.
Day 3: Build - Focus on the chosen use case by mapping how the work is done today, identifying the solution we want to build and building the first version.
Day 4: Test - Plan how to test the build in real conditions — agreeing what will be piloted, who will pilot it, for how long, and what success looks like.
Day x: What's next: After the agreed upon pilot is complete, the group reconvenes to determine whether to iterate or scale.
