This is a matrix template to select activities to do based on your pain and energy level at the moment.

When we feel with low energy, or high pain, we tend to scrolling on social media or binge-watch some series. I created this system using as inspiration the pain dairy and dopamine menu to get out of procrastination or even monotony choosing an activity to do based on your current pain rate and energy level Rate your pain in 0-10, and your energy in 0-10. With the result, choose an activity to do that even when you are not in your best moment, you can take care of yourself and grow personally. PS: I made a pain level on the matrix because I'm directing this to people who have chronical pain, but you can adapt for yourself :)
