This template allows organizations to map a Theory of Change, a tool helpful when designing social impact initiatives. It is helpful to start with the overall impact you are hoping your initiative to have. You then want to define the target population you hope to work with and the change you want to see in their lives.
Finally, you can then design programs and change mechanisms that will activate this.
