Simple Retrospective

A simple quadrant for retrospective with four areas for the team to give feedback on: what to continue, what to stop, what to start and any recognition for team members. This template is easily adaptable to any team.

Suggestions:

• add a few more frames to your board with an icebreaker and actions to be captured (plus actions to review from past retrospectives).

• use with Private Mode to allow team members to write their notes without the influence of others

• use the vote section and timer to make sure you go through the most relevant topic to discuss
