PI Retrospective

This template is dedicated for large-scale Retrospectives, such as those for Program Increment, major Milestone in the Project, or delivery. Templates help the project members to investigate and look back at the previous Iteration, reflect, discuss, and lay down a plan of improvement. This template is beneficial for any project that wishes to have a Lessons Learned session for Agile Coaches or Release Train Engineers who need inspiration for Large Scale Retrospective.
