Kanban Mythbusters Template

The Kanban Mythbuster is a fun game designed to debunk common misconceptions about Kanban in a playful manner. Participants will have to choose if the provided statements are a myth or a fact.

It provides clear and concise explanations to help participants understand the true principles of Kanban and how to use it better. This Miro board is especially useful for teams and individuals who are new to Kanban, got stuck with it or who may have been misinformed about its practices.

By addressing and clarifying these myths, the Kanban Mythbuster aims to improve their way of using Kanban, but more importantly have fruitful conversations about it with their teams.

Participants will first have to vote if the provided statement is a myth or a fact. Once they have placed their vote, the facilitator will be able to reveal the right answer. Participants can then discuss why a certain statement is a fact or a myth and in addition to this they can reveal an explanation.

This Miro board also provides additional resources in case, the participants want to learn more about Kanban and its practices.
