The Goals Prioritization Template is suitable for when a team forms and is looking for alignment in the team's priority. It is also a great tool when the team needs a refresh on goals and priority. The activity orchestrates and extracts the thoughts and ideas into a list of priority and action items so that teams can continue to make progress.
