The team and I had a retrospective on the past half year where we discussed our results, what went well, what could be improved, everyone's achievements and plans for next year - what we would like to change.
The result is a cool template that I want to share with everyone - in case you need it too.
Estimated time: 2 sessions in 45 minutes
Routine:
The team fills in sections before (!) sessions.
On the meeting - for each session 3-4 minutes of open mic, 5 minutes voting, 2-3 minutes discussion on votes.
By the end of the routine take 5-10 stickers as a focus for the next period.
