DONBURIとは？
DONBURI -QUICK, DEEP and EASY team engagement tool- はデザインプロジェクトにおいて、様々なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーが集まり短期的に立ち上がるチームを対象にしたエンゲージメントツールです。
肩書きやキャリアなど無意識にかかってしまうバイアスを乗り越え、早く(QUICK)、深く(DEEP)、簡単(EASY) にチームとプロジェクトへのエンゲージメントをサポートします。
なお、ツールの名前である「DONBURI」は、「早く、安く、美味い『どんぶり』のようなチームエンゲージメントツールが欲しい！」という設計チームの想いから来ています。Miroverseテンプレートとして手軽に導入することができますので、ぜひご活用ください！
DONBURIを活用する３つのステップ
①Team Directory
初めに、チーム全員でTeam Directoryを作ります。
働く上で、メンバーそれぞれがチームに知っておいてほしいことを共有します。
②Reflection stage
自分のことを考える、Reflection stageを実施します。
個々人で質問に対して自分を振り返り、回答した内容をチームに共有します。
③Conjecture stage
相手のことを考える、Conjecture stageを実施します。
質問に対して、Aさんだったらどう回答するか？をAさん以外のメンバーが推測し、その内容に対してAさんと一緒になぜそう考えたのかを共有しながらAさんに対しての理解を深めます。
②と③をプロジェクトが終わるまで続けることでDONBURIの効果が期待できます。
