I run People Experience at fintech-unicorn, Pleo. I joined Pleo to set up the People team when the company was 40 people. Today, the People Team alone is over 40 people strong, working with a 850 person company, aiming to build a world-class organisation and culture. I love solving problems that remove pain, bring delight, and have a bit of magic in them.
