Food Celebration Retrospective

🍔🥙🥗 Do you have a love for food? Well if you don't, do you at least need to eat?

The Foodie Retrospective is a way for the Team to reflect on how to improve their Team System in relation to a few popular food analogies.

Reflection questions have been added to each food truck, which adds whimsy to a normal Retrospective. Don't be afraid to eat together during this Retro!

How to use the Foodie Retrospective

Set the Stage: Open with a check-in exercise to help the Team with initial engagement.

Gather the Data: Introduce the Retro and guide the Team to reflect on the different areas as it pertains to their Team System and current events. Cluster your thoughts & do affinity mapping while you converse.

Gather Insights: The Team will share and discuss their ideas. Include an analysis of problems/issues brought up and their corresponding solutions.

Decide What to Do: Identify learnings and decide improvements to make. Use the dots to vote, narrowing down the items to work on.

Close the Retro: Summarize the next steps and ask for feedback on how to make the Retrospective better for next time.
