AI Risks Rewards and Responsibilities

Report

The It’s not just business: AI risks, rewards, and responsibilities workshop template introduces participants to responsible AI concepts and ways to approach AI adoption within business decision making. We will introduce a structured framework for thinking about how to responsibly design, develop, and deploy AI in business, and we will feature an example use case involving generative AI. Participants should expect to learn to anticipate social and environmental consequences, to pre-empt unacceptable risks, and to capitalize on unexpected opportunities.

The workshop template can be used afterwards in your own use case of AI adoption or development, and you will need to tweak the template to suit your own business case needs. This template is aimed at anyone designing, developing, or deploying AI, and is geared to those working in business. No previous coursework or technical experience is required.

This Miro template and workshop materials are adapted by Mishka Nemes from an online course developed for the Alan Turing Institute titled under the same name: It’s not just business: AI risks, rewards, and responsibilities

The course was developed by Dr. A.E. Jaques and Dr. Milo Phillips-Brown, in partnership with the Alan Turing Institute and Accenture. The CAIR3 framework is based on the Responsible Business Framework developed by Accenture, adapted here with permission.
