Action Pulse (fixed)

This is a template for a retrospective model that is based on a survey called agile pulse. Participants are expected to vote on aspects they want to improve, then brainstorm ideas, vote on the ones that make most sense and discuss them. After discussion, action item(s) are expected to be created and worked throughout the quarter.
