Allow me to introduce you to an awesome activity for newly formed teams, or for a team that needs a reset in understanding on who the players in the game are and a few vital pieces of information for them as as people and colleagues.
In preparation the facilitater needs to add in the Names, Job titles and Profile pictres of the attendees.
I would suggest allowing 10 to 15 minutes focus time at the beggining of the session to allow everyone to fill in their profiles. Then suggesting to use a Round Robin approach and allow every member of the team (Core, Supporting, Stakeholders) to have a go and introduce themself with context on what they inputed in their profile.
Guaranteed to set the group on the right foot and start a team bulding mindset within.
