Group similar responses under each love language category.

In pairs or small groups, brainstorm "Micro-Actions" for each love language that can be applied in daily work.
Examples:
Receiving Gifts: "Bring coffee for a teammate before a big presentation."
Acts of Service: "Offer help on a tough task without being asked."
Affirmation: "Make team shout-outs part of every retrospective."
Each group presents their micro-actions, and the team votes on 2-3 habits to start implementing.

5. Commitment and Wrap-Up (15 min)

Each person writes down one personal commitment (e.g., "I will make a habit of giving positive feedback in Slack weekly").
As a team, set one shared commitment (e.g., "We will start every retro with 5 minutes of gratitude").
Wrap up with reflections:
