We often talk about product-market fit, yet we have to remember that users are the heart of our products. The more we learn, think about, and empathize with users, the better our product will be and the more marketable it becomes. We need to think about user-product-market fit deeply. And as we understand the user, we also benefit from thinking about the general commercial landscape, which this template also helps with. Whether you’re on a small team, at a startup, or just prototyping to find user-product-market fit and build an MVP, you may or may not have a well-developed Product or Service organization. If you aren’t there yet, this template is for you! You might be a BA/Product Owner, a Delivery Coach/Product Owner, a CTO/Engineering Manager/Lead Dev/Product Owner or even a solo vibe coder.
In this template you'll be chatting & interacting with a team of expert AI teammates to help guide you. You'll even attend virtual meetings with them to discuss and refine your work. This template is an exploratory, conversational, learning, and reflection experience that will guide you & your team from zero to actionable, refined and prioritized user stories that can go right into your JIRA or Azure. It can also sync with your Trello. Along the way, it produces well-structured documents that you have discussed, improved, and vetted. Then you can use and share with stakeholders, actual customers, and your own human team. No AI slop enters your workstream unreviewed, because you can constantly review and rework yourself or with the AI team to ensure the work meets your needs and goals. Even with Miro's new and transformative AI enablement, the key is to slow down, review, re-read and re-think together. Be prepared to build the user stories you develop with this template as experiments, test them with users, and never hesitate to pivot based on user feedback. Feedback is your gold. No one gets it right the first time; everyone's doing their best to make a series of wise bets and learn fast. Learning and pivoting isn't failure. It's how the process works.
