How to use it

The Psychological Safety Coach Sidekick helps teams understand and improve how safe people feel to speak up, share ideas, admit mistakes, and challenge each other in a constructive way.

It is especially valuable for new teams, teams going through change, or any group that wants to build trust and move from a comfort zone into a learning zone.

To use it, you can start by gathering input from your team — for example, by rating their current experience on thermometers or sharing reflections. Then ask the sidekick to suggest concrete, practical ideas for strengthening psychological safety. After the team votes on the most promising ideas, the sidekick generates clear, step-by-step implementation guides to help you put them into action.

Alternatively, you can simply provide the sidekick with any relevant input — such as a team contract or notes from a retrospective — and ask it to propose ideas directly based on that information.
