The TRACTION Framework board is a practical, end‑to‑end system for helping early‑stage founders move from “we built something, but it’s not sticking” to real traction with users and revenue. It combines structured worksheets, canvases, and experiment cards into a single Miro workspace so teams can clarify their problem, map assumptions, prioritize opportunities, design experiments, and run focused 30–90 day traction sprints. The template is designed to be simple enough for non‑product founders, but robust enough for experienced product teams to use as a shared operating system for discovery and iteration.

This template is especially useful for startup founders, product managers, growth leads, and accelerator or incubator programs that need a repeatable way to diagnose traction problems and design experiments. If you’re working on an early‑stage product, have some users but weak retention or revenue, or keep bouncing between random tactics, this framework gives you a calm, structured way to decide what to do next. It’s also a strong fit for coaches and facilitators who run product or traction workshops and want a visual, collaborative space to guide teams through the work.

The board is organized around the TRACTION cycle, broken into clear stages you can run in a single working session or over several weeks. You’ll find spaces to (1) define your traction goal and target users, (2) map your riskiest assumptions, (3) score and prioritize opportunities, (4) design lean experiments with experiment cards, and (5) capture learnings and decide the next iteration. Each section includes prompts and example content so people who are new to product discovery or experimentation can follow along without needing to be experts. The intent is to reduce overwhelm: one canvas, one step at a time, with a clear sense of progress.
