An interactive template to assess how well you are doing with each Scrum Value. A good starting point for team discussions.

Meeting Flow:

1. Give your team some time to read the explanations and do the voting.

2. Select values that your team needs to focus on to improve, according to the votes.

3. Give some time to answer the questions under the selected values.

4. Group the stickies and start the discussion

5. Come up with some concrete action items on your team's improvement areas
