Simply place a deck of completed work items on the 'deck' section and then have your team take it in turns to estimate how complex that work was. You can then take a copy of the board for the team to refer back to in future planning sessions. Works well if you place JIRA tickets on the deck by copy-pasting the Jira url's into the board.
