A basic template for a story mapping excersize. We use it in relation to the big room PI plannings that substantial to our SAFe processes. There are instructions attached in the Miro template it self, split into three parts: Preparing the board, Phase 1: Common understanding and initial breakdown and Phase 2: Distribute stories into sprint structure.
