Back To The Future Retrospective

This retrospective invites the team to take a creative leap forward—imagining ourselves 6–12 months in the future as the best version of our team.

We'll reflect from that future state, identify what helped us get there, and work backward to uncover what we need to shift today to move closer to that vision.

This board is structured in three parts:

1. 🔮 We Are the Future Team Step into the shoes of your future self. Describe how the team operates, collaborates, and succeeds. Speak as if you're already there.

2. 🔍 Reflecting Backward Return to the present and identify what’s working, what’s holding us back, and what needs to change to reach that future state.

3. 🛠 Let’s Make It Real Capture tangible actions—team-level or personal—that will move us closer to becoming that future team.
