Team Lead Task Prioritization Activity

In this facilitated team activity, participants work either individually or in groups to prioritize a list of tasks by role. It's a great way to get team members talking about responsibilities and expectations, as well as reflect on how priorities must change when an individual contributor accepts a leadership role.
